I have worked at Atrium Health LTD for 6 years. I am passionate about improving peoples quality of life through exercise by utilising as many options as possible.

Since being here, I have set-up both a functional mobility class and a number of circuit classes for our patients and members to attend. Away from work, I love to exercise regularly, I support Birmingham City FC and enjoy socialising with friends.
