I have worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation for around 3 years now starting off with part time work between here at Atrium and St. Cross in Rugby. Then from August 2018 I spent a year working at Northampton General Hospital in their Cardiac Rehabilitation Department and now I’m back!

​

I love working for the NHS, helping people with their recovery and reaching their fitness and exercise goals.

​

Outside of work I enjoy playing football on a Saturday and keeping myself fit.

​

I am also a great listener so if you need to get anything off your chest I’m your man!
